Refund Policy

NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

No problem! Please return you unwanted item back to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

We unfortunately cannot always give the option to exchange; this can depend on availability of items.

Please take extra care when trying on your new items, as any items marked with make-up, fake tans, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition received, with tags still attached.

We advise you obtain a tracking number when posting a parcel back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

We do not offer free pre-paid returns.

Please enclose a note inside your return parcel stating the reason for the return. Please include your full name, address along with a description of the item you are returning.

FAULTY GOODS?

We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as we can for you. 

Please send an e mail to us @ sales@dottyandmable.co.uk listing the item, fault and a description of your order information. We will get back to you within 48 hours to arrange a free return.
